INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is an in-home design-focused appointment where we map out the details of your project. Your consultation includes:
- Product recommendations tailored to your home
- Opacity, privacy, and light-control guidance
- Fabric, color, and material selections
- Professional on-site measurements
- Motorization options (if desired)
The consultation fee allows us to dedicate intentional time, expertise, and precision to clients ready to move forward.
PROPOSAL & DESIGN
Following your consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining your selections, pricing, lead times, and the full scope of your project. Everything is transparent, accurate, and tailored to what we discussed in your home.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once approved, we take care of every detail. We will place the order, manage communication with our vendors and fabricators, track production and delivery, and ensure all products arrive accurately and in perfect condition.
You can relax - we handle the entire process.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
When your window treatments are ready, we schedule installation at a time that works best for you. Our professional installers ensure:
- Precise mounting & leveling
- Clean and careful handling of your home
- Motorization set up and programming (if applicable)
- Final adjustments to achieve the perfect fit
